With its 9 domes, 5 minarets, the tallest of which is 78 meters high, and a capacity to host 10,000 worshippers inside and 20,000 in its courtyards, it is the largest mosque in West Africa.

The Massalikul Jinaan Mosque was inaugurated in 2019 after 7 years of construction with a cost of 40 million Euros.
